Happy Friday Friends. My hands are gross. I have the disgusting habit of biting my nails and I’ve done it my entire life. People who don’t bite will never understand but there’s something therapeutic about ripping the top part of your nail off with nothing but your chompers. It’s fucking gross and I want to make a change. We’ll see if I can HAMMER this bad habit out of my head. It has gotten so bad that I don’t even realize I’m doing it. So what I did was buy a polish that tastes like acid so when I put my fingers anywhere near my mouth the acid taste lingers in my mouth. So we’ll see how that goes, maybe it’ll help, maybe it’ll just ruin my taste buds.
